I am a General Surgery Resident at UCSF and am splitting my two years of research between a number of translational and clinical research projects.  I am currently working to develop a novel means of delivery of an endogenously-produced specialized pro-resolving mediator that will modulate the body's inflammatory response following vascular injury. My interests also lie in the intersection between Vascular and Transplant Surgery where we aim to use non-invasive vascular testing to identify patients at high risk for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality following kidney transplantation.
