    Biography

    Marisa E. Schwab, M.D. is a General Surgery resident at the University of California, San Francisco. During her research years, she is completed a 2 year research fellowship in Dr. Tippi MacKenzie's fetal lab, investigating in utero therapy for a number of different genetic diseases. Dr. Schwab's research and clinical interests include pediatric and fetal surgery.
